1- The contestant must be a student of Egyptian, Arab and international universities.
2- The contestant submits a comic artwork consisting of (actual scene / comedy stand-up / monologue art / pantomime / .... etc.), provided that the work does not exceed (5 minutes).
3- Individuals and artistic teams (with a maximum of 5 members per band) participate in the competition, provided that all members of the band are university students.
4- Graduate students who have graduated from universities are accepted for a maximum of two years.
5- Ten works will be selected to participate in the competition, which will be held within the activities of the third session of the Cairo International Forum for University Theater, through a viewing committee.
6- The forum provides accommodation and food for the contestants from outside Greater Cairo for the duration of the forum.
7- The forum is not responsible for transfers to and from Cairo, whether from inside or outside Egypt.
8- The ten works that are selected are presented on a theater in the presence of a public and before a specialized jury of comedy stars.
9- Prizes are presented to the first three places, with certificates of appreciation and participation for the ten contestants.
